(UEN 202638815Z), an employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore (EA Licence No. 26C3706) (“Kin Domestic”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Use of this website

This website provides general information about our domestic helper placement services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to copy, misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its content.

3. Information on this website

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only and may change without notice. It does not form an offer or a contract. The terms of any engagement are set out in the service agreement you sign with us, which will prevail over anything on this website.

4. Helper biodata

Helper biodata is shared with each helper’s consent and is based on information provided by the helper. We do our best to verify it, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or accurate. Employers should interview helpers before deciding. Availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time; a profile shown on this website does not mean the helper is reserved for you.

Helper biodata is provided solely to help you choose a helper. You must not copy, publish or share it for any other purpose.

5. Fees and payments

Agency fees shown on this website are our current package prices. Government and third-party costs (such as the work permit application, medical examination, insurance, air ticket and transport) are listed separately and may change as set by the relevant authority or provider. Any placement fee described as an advance paid on the helper’s behalf is recovered through her monthly salary as agreed. The final fees, payment schedule and any refunds are set out in your service agreement. Please ask us for an exact quote for your household.

6. Free replacement and doorstep handover

Our free replacement within 12 months and free doorstep handover are subject to the terms and conditions in your service agreement. Please contact us for full details before you sign.

7. Employer responsibilities

Hiring a migrant domestic worker is subject to MOM’s rules. Employers are responsible for meeting MOM’s eligibility requirements and their obligations as employers, including those under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act. Approval of any work permit is decided by MOM, not by us. You can read more on the MOM website.

8. Enquiries and personal data

When you contact us through this website, by WhatsApp or by email, or submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, phone number, email and household needs). We use them only to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Our enquiry form is provided through Zoho Forms, which processes submissions on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data. Please do not submit NRIC, passport or other identification numbers through this website.

9. Third-party links and services

The Kin Domestic name, logo, text, images and design of this website belong to Kin Domestic Pte. Ltd. or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kin Domestic is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
