Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between fresh, experienced and transfer helpers?
Fresh helpers are working overseas for the first time. Experienced helpers have worked overseas before. Transfer helpers, from Myanmar, Indonesia or the Philippines, are already working in Singapore and are looking for new employers.
What does the $588 agency fee package include?
It covers our agency service for a fresh or experienced Myanmar helper, including free doorstep handover and a free replacement within 12 months. Government and third-party costs such as the work permit, medical and insurance are listed separately on our fees page.
What is the placement fee?
For fresh and experienced helpers, the placement fee is an advance paid on the helper's behalf and recovered through her monthly salary over 2–6 months, so it is not ultimately borne by the employer. For transfer helpers, the placement fee is 0–2 months.
How do I view helper biodata?
Tell us your needs by WhatsApp, email or our enquiry form and we'll send you suitable helper biodata. Biodata is shared with the helper's consent.
How does the free replacement work?
If the match isn't right, we provide a free replacement within 12 months. WhatsApp us for the full terms.
